Talking About Safety & Mental Health

Coldstaff are committed to the health and safety of all its temps and in raising awareness of mental health within the staffing industry. A study in 2020 found 1 in 20 adults experience serious mental illness in the US each year (NAMI – National Alliance on Mental Illness). We encourage all our temps to speak up to our representatives if they are suffering so that we can assist them in finding help.
